2. I hereby confirm and acknowledge that I have not been given any promise or guaranty about the cure of my ailment. I have been informed that there is no 100% success, which I am undertaking. In case I do not respond positively, I will be in no position to make any claim whatsoever.

In case, I develop any unexpected event that might coincide during the course of treatment, I will not claim that is the after effect of transmission of dynamic medicine.
4. I apply for three or six months plan, Research Institute Of Sahni Drug Transmission & Homoeopathy is liable to offer the scheduled treatment only from and /or at their center Patna India.
5. In case of any dispute, the maximum liability of Research Institute Of Sahni Drug Transmission & Homoeopathy will be restricted to refund of the money for the unused period, deducting the handling expenses.
